New to Steam - Bandage Timer

I'm just trying UO Steam out (I'm accustomed to Razor). I was wondering if there's a way to get the bandage timer up. Perhaps I'm missing something.

Go to the options tab then "Title Bar' tab. You can find it under the shortcuts option or type "$bandagetimer" with out the quotes in the box.
