New client question

I downloaded the new client 7 0 24 0
When I try and open the download, it does its loading and at the end it says "Ultima Online Client is already installed, would you like to uninstall it?"
Do I need to uninstall it?
What needs to be done?

yes u need to uninstall it b4 it will reinstall
