Need help with 2 questions please..

1. Once you faction bless an item and the bless period runs out, can you re-faction bless the item?

2. Is there a 4 second delay for remounting a mare using all fencing weapons or just the ones that delivers para blow? If I use a kryss is there still a 4 second delay?

1. No because you get the gump to bless the item only upon crafting it, you would need to craft a new one

Is this another one of those things where those who know don't want to tell? My template is literally on hold pending this info. Now with all these pvp tamers running around here bouncing up and down off mares, somebody definitely knows something.
