I have been watching this show "Naked and Afraid" lately and I think that it could be adapted into an interesting challenge for UO.
Each character gets to choose 3 non magical items to take and then they are dropped into the challenge area with nothing but their items. The player then has to survive for a period of time before being gated back to civilization.
If they survive they get a prize.
If they die they are rezzed and brought back to town.
Sound interesting to anyone?
