MOTM Drops

Hi everyone,

A couple questions about Monster of the Month.

1. Can any character get the Relic drop? For example, can a Young get the drop?

2. What is the significance of the spell book? I got one last night and was curious if it is just considered a rare or does it do anything special?

Yes youngs can get drops...... and nothing special about the books other then what the hue is.....
