Located in the Fens of the Dead between Britain and Trinsic, this lovely piece of real estate is where you'll be looting Quicksilver and Double Strike relics off of lizardmen and terathan warriors like they owe you rent. The spawn is "medium" with lizardmen in all directions and terathan mobs to the north/east. The heaviest spawn is on the north side of the house so walls will cut a lot of the immediate danger from the front.

-your seamless waterfall/ocean design
-raising a family of sheep (if you did, though, they would be excellent pvpers worthy of a stream)
-harassing enemy guild members doing tmaps on your lawn
