ok got registered and when i tried to type got message you need voice(+v)
anybody know what this means?

Are you using the "/msg nickserv identify [password]" command when you connect to the server (before joining the #uoforever channel)?

at first it was saying u need to register this name than i figured that out got other mssg

I would use it before joining the channel. In mIRC there is a way to set up that command so that it's run automatically after joining a server. I think this is accurate: http://www.magic-league.com/guide/mirc.php (scroll down to the bottom where it says "Auto-Identify").
