I have some questions about the mining skill.

Can mining go to 120?

How do you get mining power scrolls? (if mining can go to 120)

What is the advantage of having 120 mining?

Yes, mining can go to 120.

Power scrolls obtained from Champ spawns I guess, I just buy mine.

Advantage being less failures when smelting ore.
