Trying to see if there is any interest in these mining homes. Any idea what a fair price would be?

As empty plots, odds are you'd only sell the larger of the two. (You'd have to tell people the size ?x?)
Not many want to use up their second house slot on a tiny one, regardless of proximity to main.
Look on the forums for going rates.
Search by 18x18, 16x18 etc.
Is there spawn?
And lastly, look at the sign how much the customization is worth if you wanna sell AS IS and they want it too.
