meta steeds & relics (OVER PRICED)

Now that vesper rewards are out everyone is selling the steed eggs and relics twice the normal value. Its a shame there is so many greedy people that play here. Just a couple weeks ago i bought a meta steed egg and bloody talons paralytic venom and gold relics for under 10m . As of now people want 13m s/b just for the relics lol. Most new players never will get a chance to own a meta let alone the relics or 120 taming.

You got a good deal. Everyone that had a paralytic was saving them until more people actually got a steed. There were only 11-13 on the server for nearly a year. No one could sell the relic because most all owners had all the relics. So the prices previous to the rewards were selling at a steep discount by people that needed quick money and /or didn't want to wait.

It is surprising enough that people sell relics over 500k gold pieces considering pure white cloth is more rare. Same with any meta pet. There is no such rarity in which they should have ever been price over 1 million gold pieces. It is strange that relics and metas still sell for as much as they do considering they aren't even rare anymore. My bandana is more rare than a relic. Even a quicksilver relic. Or a rare egg type. It is all just a sham. Eventually the economy will have a negative effect from it.

does your bandana kill a balron in a few secs? wearables are vanity items and people really dont care for PW anymore is pretty garbage and hard to sell.

I can kill a balron with a balron damnation bow and REGULAR pets just as fast or faster as a tamer with a suped up full blown level 7 meta with quicksilver etc. I already tested a lot on damage compared to meta pets. It really is just funny. People spend millions of gold on this shit and I live and lavish and buy what truly renders perfect gameplay, nostalgia, and I dont lose a weeks worth hard work if my pet dies, because I am not stupid enough to synch millions of gold into a pet. It truly is the biggest fuck up in pricing on the shard.

I would also like to add on that I went to a champ with over 7 tamers with metas, and still got #1 top score with shitty mare and dragon and a slayer bow, which cost me approximately 4k all together arrows and bandaids and bow, pets are free. So please, I hope more tamers come along this post trying to tell me how special meta pets are, except for the fact they are colored and bigger. 120 skills, woopty doo. almost 1k str and hp, woopty doo, atleast I don't rage over my pet dying <3. That is all.

People have different play styles and some people have gold and nothing to spend it on and i do believe they shouldn't be cheap but right now these prices are insane, just comes down to greed

You just played with bad tamers.

Btw, i agree the prices Are too high, but it is what it is.
Saying maxxed out metas aren't bs strong is just false tho.

Also, you cannot kill a balron as fast as a lvl 7 meta with a normal slayer bow and a dragon+WW.
Plus your tamer archer template will die even to bad pks, i can roll 5x mage and taming and still kill balrons in 15 seconds

Now spend 4 years farming them to get back all your gold you spent on that meta + all the gold on scrolls when they die... aka meta pets are never ending gold sinks

Well, tbh with my "pvp" tamer template I can make 80k gold + skill scrolls + paragon chests, for a total worth of min. 100k+ and 200-300k when i get really lucky, in 1 hour of farming. All while being able to defend myself from PKs.
Plus if you join a guild that does champs and RDAs you're guaranteed top score (or at least top 3) which is a really good chance at PS and Relics.

I'd say that if someone had much time to play (like 4-5 hours a day, which probably isn't even much by the standards of this game) he could easily make the 25-30m back in 3 months.

Also, lvl 7 metas reset their skills every 2m exp (again, if someone likes to farm with it, they can make 2m exp in 10 days?) so there is really zero need to buy skill scrolls if you plan on leveling your meta up to lvl 7.

i can roll a balron and get away, my archer tamers not built for pvp, and they are strong against other peoples pets but thats it, they are trash and a huge loss in gold and i havent died to any pks farming yet, at all. I died once today and thats because i was surrounded by 8 eqms. regardless I challenge 8/10 eqms players to a duel they would lose, except good players like Believe etc.

Not as fast is the key word. I love when QS procs and 15 seconds later 3 blood elementals Are dead and i have 4k gold in my pack.

I Also like being able to clear shame 5 in under 5 minutes making 12k

Also, what should i spend money on? Don't care about a pair of blaze trammy sandals, i'd rather buy 2 relics with 8-10 milion

Dragon + Archer >= max meta. Um no.

But even if we did buy into this what is to stop a meta owner from having archery?

Nothing.

So unless you care to argue that dragon = max meta then these are worth exactly what people will pay for them.

People will pay a ton for a max stat mare and these are all better than max stat dragons with special abilities.

You can argue the price all you like but they are worth what people will pay and to argue a dragon is just as good is insane.
