Melee question

Sorry for the noob question, I have been mostly playing provo/mage/tamer/peace builds of some variation but am thinking of starting a melee toon of the dexxer swords or fencing for fun. What weapons can be used with potions? Or do all weapons have to be removed to use a pot? Thanks for the help

I am pretty sure potions can be used with all 1h weapons without having to un-equip. But you do have to un-equip all 2h weapons in order to drink a potion.

Any one handed weapon can be equipped and you can still drink a potion as long as you're not holding a shield.
Normally I'd recommend getting provocation and not parry bit with the new talismans coming, I just don't know
