Mass exodus of meta dragons?

There has definitely been a large influx of lvl 4-7 meta dragons both with/without relics going up for sale. Is there some sort of insider info on a nerf? Or possibly insider info on a potential buff for meta spiders / dexxer&mage talismans? It's definitely got this lad curious. Discuss!
