Mark item, blank scroll and empty bottle

Hi all,

I'd like to know, please, what is the procedure to mark the exceptional objects. I tried the menu to select "Mark item" "prompt ..." and "do not mark" but without getting a result. The objects are simply exceptional.

I also knew that in UO i could craft the blank scrolls and the the empty bottle, but I cannot find them in the menus of black, carpentry and tinkering and not even know where to mine the sand...on the beaches it says "you cannot mine That "

You can only mark items once you at 100 skill also known as gm.

Well firs you must be GM
Not every item is markable
and for glass you need glass blowing tools
