Haven't seem this one yet.. It's red. Is it worth anything or garbage?

Its for level 3. I tried to run a PC for keys, but got no response.
I know keys are somewhat hard to farm. Pretty low drop rate, and not to mention the danger involved: thieves excel here with stealth, traps galore with no recall (running away can turn shit ugly), and that's just level 1. Ill let you know if I hear anything :/
