MAgery question

Whats the minimum magery to cast 8th circle 100% sucesfully (using scroll) ?

if im not wrong 8 circle scrolls are like level six magery, so at 90 magery would be 95% rate to cast them?

This is from osi so I'm not positive that it's the same here.

I think it works the same as that image you posted, although it rarely feels that way with 8th circle for me. It's not uncommon to go 8-9 EVs, and all fizzle.

On the other hand, 64 seems to guarantee every Recall and 92 magery every Mark. So, I do believe it's correct.
