did this drop recently? I think there were 2 in existence for a long time, didn't think they still dropped.

Couple of months ago I got it - either from an RDA or IDOC - not quite sure which. Just knew that it was pretty damn rare.

they started dropping again, there is a few out there now, the old 2 are no longer as rare.

It's from Lock's RDA afaik, when I was at rda guild, we get one from Lock's body
