That's less than what I offered and he refused, apparently he wants 12m for spider and 45-50k for each ps (no stone)

If you offered more and he refused then he can't do math cause 100 x 45k =4.5mil +12mil =16.5mil.
Unless there are other ps's involved i am unaware of.

I offered 11m for spider and 35k per PS which equals 14.5m, which is already a high offer. Too high perhaps.
