Don't waste a single SS because all skills are MAX including 140 poisoning, 140 magery, 110 resisting spells. Typically when you buy a dragon from someone you get something with beat skills where you need to spend an extra 1-1.5mil on Magery, Resist, and Poisoning SS's just to get it back to this point.
