lots of trouble with new uo launcher

just want to play, i have windows 8.1 with 64 bit system hp desktop

worked earlier tday with razor
couldnt get any other client to work
tried uninstalling everything, then reinstalling now its saying
razor was unable to locate a suitable UO cliloc file


on sallos it says
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Ultima Online Classic\UniFont1.mul'.
File name: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Ultima Online Classic\UniFont1.mul'
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)


any help is greatly appreciated

You should update your UO client. Looks like you are using an older version.
