No sure on the owner - but I know the guy who had the top 2 bow vendors in your pictures. Not sure on a forum or IRC name - but in game his char is IL Palo - and he can often be found at the brit crafters area.

Oh, by the way you know how I told you I didn't think you could get a barbed BOD yesterday? Well fifteen minutes after that I got my first barbed BOD in a 1.75 years of collecting on my primary crafter and 1 year of collecting on my secondary crafter haha. I guess I just needed a little doubt!
