Hi Dirk! There are plenty of smaller spots around. I can help you find one - just make sure you meet the requirements to place a house (1day gametime and 1200 skillpoints on the account).

Tip for the requirements, create a trash chatacter (assuming you only have one 7xgm) and just buy as many skills as you can to reach the cap
