Life with PKs

So I'm just getting back into the swing of things. When I started UO for the first time it was Pub 16. Tram existed and I was safe to farm and what not with little consequence. Life was easy.

I LOVE the fact that life isn't easy, and that PKs exist and there is risk in the world.

All of that being said, what are some ways to co-exist with PKs. It seems that no matter where I go there is always a PK looking for blood.

Anyone have some survival tips or strategies?

There is another thread with a bunch of tips. Best thing to do is have magery to recall out. Or fight..

Position yourself strategically within a dungeon room, use your tracking button often, and be ready to hit that essential HOLY SHIT recall macro. My dungeon crawler is the squishiest target alive (no evaluate, wrestling or resist), and pks MOSTLY are just a fleeting annoyance. If I get a meleer on me before I can get that recall off, however, I'm totally snacktastic.

I've been killed a bunch already, and most of the PKs are cool. They've res'd me each time, healed me up and moved on. A few didn't even really loot me. I'm really happy I decided to start playing here. Now I just need to get back into the swing of things.

Unless you make a name for yourself or show your going to challenge them they will rez you. I don't have a chance of being rezzed by them anymore. Most of the time I can recall out before they can even get to me though.
