Level 7 meta control question

Is there much difference in control with 120 taming 120 lore or 120 taming 115 lore? I know it's around 60% with 120/120, anyone tried with only 115 lore?


TL;DR: do i NEED 120 lore before leveling up the meta or can i control it even with 115?

Like how bad?

From what i know lore influences control MUCH less than taming. For example you can control a lvl 6 100% with 115/115 and i can control it like 90-95% of the times with 115/110.

If 120/120 give a little bit more than 60%, will 120/115 be 55% or more like 40?

You also want to factor in that your pet becomes less happy with a failed command and then is less likely to listen to the next command.

yeah, definitely need 120 lore then. And every time i reach 2m exp it's 0.5 less taming required right?

i'm at the third cicle of evolution lvl 7... still sux!

ps: if you transfer the pet will it keep the -taming bonus on the new owner?

So after 6 mil exp the control is still bad??!

Btw, if it's 70% at 120/120 it doesn't sound that bad. I mean, it'll listen 2 times out of 3, that's fine for pvm. And i wouldn't use it for pvp anyways

it's a little bit better 2/3-4 but still sux

Can someone confirm this please?

I find that my lvl 6 actually drops from wonderfully to extremely happy after 1 or 2 hours of farming

Wow lots of bad info in this thread.
120/115 is like 56%, 120/120 is 70%.

Each roll over is -.5 taming stopping at 116 taming giving you 96% control after 16 mil exp.

Unless eppy changed it that is.

Eppy has a control calculator that will let you see.

Had my level 7 at 115 lore and it was only a little worse than at 120.

So you think it's still usable at 120 taming 115 lore? For farming that is. All guard me and attack mobs to aggro the meta?

Only 60% at 120/120 kinda sucks, but well, it is what it is. At least i'll have something to do
