What's a full hammer going for?

These should be getting more interest they need to release a bunch of low level recipes to ensure these are actually getting used.

I think I have like 10 hammers now. On vendors the shards I see usually range from 25k - 50k so if you do the math with it takes 10 shards to make 1 hammer.
