Layering deed for half apron slot items?

there wouldn't be a market for too many players since not everyone has two item types for that slot, but might be nice.

could it go into cloak slot when layered? maybe then you could add +1AR cloak patch to a layered halfy??

no idea what you're talking about.. most forever obis are cheap, even the underwear ranges from free to expensive and there's a ton of types of them.

I'd love to see a tool that lets you change the layer of a layered item. Any item that's already layered, and just have a +1 and -1 setting on the tool. Maybe a small cost per charge but I think unlimited charges with a big up front cost would be better.
