Language Problem

Hola!

I updated to win10, then had a format.
Anyway I installed UOF again and most of the in-game text is in German now.

I changed my lang and keyboard settings to ENG, uninstalled, deleted folders in Program Files and reinstalled, still German.
I added a line into uo.cfg file "UserLanguageCodeString=ENU", meh, still German!!!

Any idea how to fix this?
I have no idea about my magical weapons now! But I like the "Überaus Genau" one Or maybe I should just enjoy my Über weapons
