Oh well, I had a lot of problems with route from Finland to Chicago. It was unstable and unplayable every evening my time till I bought a vpn for 3 months. First two weeks not a single problem, works perfectly actually. You should try lowerping trial and see if it makes any difference.

I know some other ppl who had problems with the host started using vpn too. About 5 euros a month is totally worth it.
