Question about the auciton... is it 22 mill for the castle? or 22 mill for the 30x30 you're gunna place in that spot?

straight castles have been selling for around 12 mill-15 mill?

since 30x30s, castles have gone up ive been watching and aside from the swamps one you wont get a grass one less then 15

22 mil is for the castle, nowhere in my post does it say anything about selling a 30x30.

The only castle I have seen sell in the last 2 months was, the one in the swamp that sold for the 8 mill B/O.

With the addition of 30x30 customs and the location of this plot it is more than worth the S/B.

Its 10 million gold for a 30x30 plot though, and about 2-3 mil to build it up. So if someone were looking to place the best 30x30 spot in your opinion, thats about 40 mil. And Im not quite sure any have sold for anything near that.
