I've read recently that there will be 30x30 custom plots implemented into the game soon. What does this mean for 18x18 custom plots? Will the price on these go down?

id imagine 18x18 stays the same. 30X30 will just be that much more expensive

18x18s in spots that would otherwise have room for the new custom sized plots will likely skyrocket. while those that don't will probably fall in value. But this is nothing new, given that the new plots are only a tile short off castles.
If anyone is desperate for a home, I would suggest trying to attend the upcoming release of Booty Island.
