Just downloaded UOF_Client_2013.rar...won't connect.

I just downloaded UOF_Client_2013.rar from http://uoforever.com/dlc_no.php but when I run it, the auto-patcher can't seem to connect.

I get this interface when I click the Ultima Online Forever icon:
