Joining a guild

All my buds are (or were) in the NP guild, but I can't join it on my alt. Anyway, how do you even join guilds? I haven't played this in a minute.

You must goto your paperdoll, goto guild, and uncheck the box that says ignore guild invites. Then someone from the guild can invite you to join(all guild functionality is done via the guild button inpaperdoll as guildstones no longer exist).
