Jailed by JoeB for complaining about a legitimate problem

So apparently today there was a ddos attack that crippled the server for a few mins.... i was fighting an ogre lord paragon(who had a slice of life left). all of a sudden everything freezes ... im unable to move, cast, recall or speak. the ogre lord kills me .... and i am still unable to move.... server gives me a message saying that i need to check the "negotiate with server box"..... guess what, its already checked. so i uncheck and recheck, close and restart razor..... A few times....... UNABLE TO MOVE!!!
at this point i submitted a help request.... after waiting for two hours JoeB sends me a message telling me that there was an attack and everything was fine.... But i still couldnt move as a ghost...
So I submitted another request saying that whether they got hacked or not i still needed help.... JoeB shows up and threw me in jail and started lecturing me about the difference between ddos and hacking and being extremely rude....
then he told me that I asked to be in jail.... WHEN HE TRANSPORTED ME THERE FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT A PROBLEM THAT IS STILL AFFECTING ME?????

It probably wasn't that you complained so much as the way you went about it. Not sure because I didn't see your correspondence, but it's a safe guess.
