Item ID - Benefits for GM Merchant?

Good Morning UO:F

Is there some benefit to go Item Identification to GM 100 skill points like an extra magical weapon modifier?
Or is 30%, 50% or 75% only different in chance to ID any weapon quicker?

That means if i keep a loop macro running i can id everything even with 30%.
