Does that transfer over when you trade it? I'm thinking most homes if you end up paying the 500k increments to get up too 50% more storage, would keep that storage amount if sold.

Good question, I would assume it transfers but hard to say.

I still wish it were more practical to buy the storage for anything other than a castle, because quite frankly it is not.

I feel like storage increase deed should be a minimum 1 secure container/125 lockdowns instead of a fixed 5%. The only way to get over 1 containers worth of storage is to have a keep or castle.

For 500k per I think having a full chest worth of storage would be practical as long as there's an overall cap. 2 increases for small houses, so a mil to reach 50% storage (roughly) and the 5%/1 secure per storage in a keep or castle.

Might seem needlessly complicated but I wonder how many people are buying these in their current state. Can't be many.

We want gold sinks to be effective, right?

Unless your small house is in the most prime of locations, you would be clinically insane to buy even one increase deed for a whopping 20 lockdowns.

It was a pretty big oversight, I feel like.

Devs have said this stays with the house, and transfers with it, etc. Long as the house is not demolished. I still think it's crazy pricey though
