Just to make absolutely sure I wasn't way off base by some freak miracle, I did what I could within reason to push my computer performance a bit. As always, I had the following open:
Steam
Origin
GPU Tweak Monitoring shit
Notepad of donniedarko quotes
HexChat
Two Firefox windows, 7 tabs total, one of which is streaming video
then added:
Two separate UO clients, one of which I was active on
I was around 30-40% CPU usage.
