How to move object at a relative pos?

Razor can do it with relative location; however I couldn't figure it out in steam.

I'm trying to stack repair contracts on top of each other at a specific location. I tried the code below but the contracts are placed randomly within my vendor's backpack... Anyone knows why? Thanks!

I too have never figured out how to get Steam to drop items at certain spots in packs
