How to invite your own characters to your guild?

Account 1:
Char A- Guild Leader
Char B- Wants to be in guild.... (HOW?????)

Account 2:
Char C- Promoted to Highest Rank (But still can't invite Char B)

Promote Char C to emissary. A warlord may be beyond emissary but they cannot invite to the guild.
