Take it to either destard or hythloth depending on where you got it, double click altar, if it's accepting crystals you click on it and it eats it, otherwise it gives you a timer until you can offer it

It summons the dungeon boss. Those who place crystals in the alter have a chance at a relic that goes straight into your bank. Small % chance, but a chance non the less!!
