How do I install? I cant connect!

Can someone help me? I cant connect to this game.
I used to play it, and everything auto installed, now I run the downloader, it says it cant located ultima online, so I make a folder, call it ultima online, set it to that path, it downloads everything, i click play now, and it says its wrong.
Then after that It spews out more errors... I really need help :(
Please?
How do i do this?
