New to the server, slowly getting some gold together and looking at placing a house, however there doesn't seem to me much room anywhere. Is the housing space gone? Do you have to buy a placed home or try and camp decaying homes to get a spot?

There are some places still to place smaller houses. As for camping decaying you probably need alot of help they can turn into all out war. But i am sure if you are stating out a new small plot is out there somewhere.

It can be tricky but rewarding when you find a spot

there's several spots for modest housing if you know where to look.

There are plenty of small-medium sized housing plots out there. You just have to run around and find it. I suggest starting near cities or other places you want to be near.
