Housing options?

Just getting started, I have a couple chars and am working with a friend to make some crafters so we can team up to buy a house.

I'm familiar with some of the smaller houses, but is there a list/ or a webpage of all the housing types available on UOF? It'd be cool to see what's out there and see something bigger than the average to aspire to. Also while on topic, how about what ships are out there?

http://www.uoguide.com/Houses. when u place a classic you get a deed back not gold so even thou its the cheaper option you mayb better off placing a Custom plot with a house tool so you can get a refund on later.

Ships here include all classics and 3 of the galleons - Orc, Gargish, and tokeno. Also i think there is a new galleon been added with shanes new donation tears around august.
