I have 2 house to house teleporter tiles I've got from idoc's. They aren't linked. Only the original set of teleporter tiles that are bought off an npc are linked and there is no way to re-link teleporter tiles to any others (confirmed by JoeB).
Both teleporters I have are the same style and when I walk on them it says "both teleporters must be locked down" so if you have one of these styles, lock it down and see if you teleport to my house! If so, I'd like to buy your teleporter tile and if you want the other one I have, we can trade.
