Owner only logs on to refresh once every 3 weeks or so. I logged off for 3 hours friday night (spamming on his doorstep that i wtb it) and he refreshed it in that window. Halp!

and ths is why i think ON TOP OF REFRESHING... you should have to have an ative playtime too of lets say at least 5 hours in the total time of a week... THAT is nothing.... but a start.... ( could deff be increased ) was just thinking about players who only get to play weekends maybe 2-3 hours each day. GIVE all houses sitting there a 1 month comfort safety period ( to give actual just refreshers a chance to actual play again...mass email/forum post/motd ) BUT i hate how soooo many hoses are used but by people who dont EVERY play more than 1 5 mins a month.....
my neighbor owns 3 max storage houses .. and has vendors... and hasnt updated his vendors in over half a year plus.... and NEVER have i seen him log on more than 5 mins.
