House Owner/Co-Owners??

So, I have two accounts.
I recently placed a house on one account, and I understand that all characters on the account with the owner will automatically be co-owners to said house.
My question is how can I make all my characters on my second account co-owners as well, and how would I get them all keys to the house?

All characters on the owners account will act as owners. Can lockdown/secure/chop/customize just like owner.

Login both accounts and just 'add co-owner' from the house menu.

You can 'I wish to secure this' doors and set their permissions so you won't need keys. Same with teleports but those you just single click iirc.

^ this. Add every alt as a co-owner. Secure your doors and trashcan the keys!
