I have a few questions about buying a house. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

1) How do the mechanics of buying a home work? As in, what is the best way for the actual money-for-property exchange to go down?
2) Are there places other than the forum I should be looking for real estate listings?
3) I have about 150k disposable cash right now. Should I buy a small house ASAP, or should I save a little more to get something better?

1 you have to be at the house sign to buy from another player so take a check (blessed)
2 irc mayb is probly the best way for quick sales
3 for 150k you are not gonna be able to buy much from a player thou u cna probly palce a medium/small size plot yourself i u can find space.


Ive not been doin idocs recently but if i find any medium size plots i will pm you.
