I started playing again a few days ago, anfd for th emost part I am loving every second. I am slowly getting the hanfg of everything again. My main shard on UO was Great Lakes. Eventually I will want to join a guild. I never was into PvP much, in fact very little at all; so I a am little concerned about that aspect. However, the experience so far has been a good one

Welcome, I also played Great Lakes back in the day, good to have another GL'r here! I wouldn't be concerned about PvP at all - honestly, do what you enjoy doing, find ways to survive, and at some point get someone to show you the ins and outs of PvP - even having rudimentary knowledge will go a long way in your survival, and bring up your enjoyment level.. But above all else, it's ok to die in a 20 year old wizard game!
