Hedge Maze - non-decaying Daemon Corpses

hellou, there are some Daemon corpses not decaying at hedge maze, been there all day. Also, them evil mages trying to loot "locked down" items giving error messages.

Another thing: +tactics on weapons does not seem to add to their vendor value, at all. Bug or feature?

Ahh I thought my client was f'd or something. The non-decaying issue is also happening in Deceit L5 by the 2x daemon 1x balron spawn (there's a dead shadow daemon and a nightmare). It's also happening near the steps down to L2 Fire Dungeon. There's a dead hell hound, elemental, and I think a dead pc.

The same corpse of a red, PolishMafiaBoss, has been at East Britain Bank for a few days now. That and a thief named WishMasteR, or something like that met his demise near the Britain crafting area many days ago and his bone pile is still there.
