hi, like the topic says:
i dont like the views when you run through the housing areas. like every 2nd house is a damn custom only plot placed, what the hell - noone uses em, they are just placed to save the space for someone particular.
how to deal with it:
Make customs that havent built like 50% of the plot placing cost on top of it decay alot faster.
It would allow people who really need housing to place houses and the world wouldnt look like a goddamn concrete jungle.
