Guild Websites?

There is a rule

"We do not allow "Fansites" or any user-based sites that are direct attempts at trying to direct Ultima Online Forever users to their website for any means."

Does this apply to guild websites?

Don't mean to bump my thread but I was hoping to get an answer from staff on this. I'd like to make a guild website consisting of a forum board, a guild charter, rules, and an application for inquiring members. It's a single shard guild, no multigame crap, no advertisements, etc.

Seems pretty cut and dry to me. ANY UO users to a website other than this.. Maybe they could make a sub forum for diferent guilds to use moderated by the guild leader?

They actually have a section for this but I think maybe you have to apply to get your guild in there? I'm not sure how it works. So far Trinsic is the only guild in there.

Maybe @Shane or @Adam could answer the original question.

You can also use the Guilds portion of this forum for your needs:

Linking to your guild website is fine. As long as it doesn't promote another shard.
I was going to make a site for my shop a long time ago but steered clear because of this rule. So if I were to make an external site for my shop on UOF I should be ok (only UOF-related content)?

Thanks
