There was a post awhile back about having a guild MOTD system where GMs could post announcements to members when they logged on.
A Trin member, Jack Scallywag, was brilliant and suggested using the Guild Charter area in the guild gump. You can post short announcements, up to 50 words for your members and just tell them to check it. Most people do anyway to see who is online.
